About us
Real Ridge was founded in 1996 as Remax Ridge and was
situated in the Arcadia Shopping Centre in Kraaifontein (An area in
the Northern Suburbs). In 2002 we decided to move to a more centrally located area, so we moved
our offices to the corner of Livingston and Darwin Roads in
Kraaifontein. At the end of May, 2006, we decided to break away from
the Remax Group - Remax had just become too big and impersonal.
We are now a smaller, but ultimately happier family who cares for each other. My mission as
owner and principal is to build an office for the agents that I
myself have always wanted - with superior levels of training and
marketing tools to better serve our clients.

With it's clean air and beautiful scenery, this peaceful area is nestled among many old farms and
small holdings. Prices in Kraaifontein
range from R450 000 - R1 500 000, and Brackenfell's prices range from
R650 - R2 500 000 and up. There are also many areas with spectacular mountain
views available.

“I started off in the property market in Boksburg, Germiston (Gauteng) back in 1989. In 1991 I moved to Kempton Park where I proceeded to work for a company called ‘Home to Home’. After a few years I decided it was time to move on and started my own estate agency named KC Properties. At the end of 1996 I decided to move back down to Cape Town to be closer to family and promptly started another estate agency named Remax Ridge here in Kraaifontein. We decided to change our name in 2006 and are now known as Real Ridge Realtors.”
